Exchange 2016 (CU22) error ID 1003

Question

Hello,

Our exchange 2016 (CU22) OAuth Certificate expired, so couldn't access OWA and EAC. Hence created a new OAuth Certificate to replace it, the Issue remains. Please advice how to resolve Thanks.
Here are the errors, also showing current OAuth certificate is valid
