    Thanks for your posting on Q&A.

    To further analyze the current issue, please help to explain your confusion further. Based on the current filter, the current WSUS console shows updates that the needed/failed but has not been approved for the clients.

    The filter just with the display error.
    The feature is OK.

    The right display is like the attachment.

    This is on the Windows Server .
    On my Win10 client is not OK.
