Using german lexicon disables german voice to speak english

When using the german voice KatjaNeural without a lexicon, it is able to pronounce english words correctly, although it's a voice for german language. But if I add a german lexicon KatjaNeural pronounces english words as if they were german words. Is this behavior desirable? It would be great if enlgish words would be pronounced correctly on top of that.

Edit:
Just saw this in the docs (here): "Lexicon contains necessary xml:lang attribute to indicate which locale it should be applied for. One custom lexicon is limited to one locale by design, so apply it for a different locale it won't work."

Cause I use a custom lexicon I guess this is the reason, why KatjaNeural unlearns english?
