Meeting guests can not use the chat feature on Teams. Chat in Channel Meetings Is only Available to Team Members. Please does anyone have any idea about this issue.

Hi @IBN Do you mean guest cannot use chat feature in Teams channel meeting? If you set up a channel meeting, the chat is available only to members of that team. Guest have no access to use chat features. In other words, enable a private meeting instead of a channel meeting. In this manner, everyone can access the chat irrespective of the accounts they’re using. I think they mean in a meeting generated inside of a team (like a chat thread) a non-member can't see chat. My guess is, this is actually by design. If i had a long standing thread in a team where we met constantly and invited an non-team member for a one-off question, should they be able to see chat? No - they shouldn't. But it makes sense from a business perspective that this might be an action that happens on a regular basis.
