AD replication issues replsum shows 1722 RPC server Unavailable

Question

HI what is the quickest way to fix AD replication with two domain controllers

i did run repadmin /replsum and the error message is

(1722) The RPC server is unavailable.

I'd check the required ports are flowing between networks.
