My issues started after updating to windows 11. From one day to another I could no longer hear anything from my headset while it was plugged in to my case or my motherboard. When trying to look more into the issue I realized that 1: There is not realtek audio driver och High definition audio in my device manager (I have show hidden devices enabled btw), I also realized that the "realtek audio manager" is missing from my control panel. The only place where I could find any trace of realtek was in control panel>programs and features where i can see "realtek audio driver". I tried deleting it, and reinstalling it. Its now back in programs and features but still not showing up in device manager, and its still not showing a realtek audio manager.

I really need help with this cus I have tried everything I can think of. I've changed values in regedit, I've tried different driver updating software such as driver easy but nothing seems to work.

specs:
Gigabyte b450m ds3h (rev 1.x)

Try run Windows Update and download and install all updates.
Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
    Take a look at:

    Hi there,

I would suggest you to check your headphones with other devices to make sure that they are working fine on them.

If you have multiple audio devices plugged in, such as headphones and speakers try selecting your headphones as the default one. Right-click the sound icon from the taskbar and choose Sounds. From the Playback tab, select a device and choose Set Default.

If you are missing the Sound, video, and game controllers category in Device Manager, your sound card drivers may not be installed properly. First, verify no conflicts or other devices are present in the Device Manager.
