Power BI report server with issue grant access

Hello community, I hope someone can help me with a problem that I have with my power BI report Server.
I have implemented the Report server in Scaleout mode with a balancer and an SSL certificate, for a year everything was going quite well until a couple of days ago where users who do not have an administrator account on the server stopped having access. The web portal requires credentials all the time and does not allow access to my users.

At the moment restarting the servers has worked but after a few minutes the problem repeats itself, someone has any idea that it may be happening
