I would like to first confirm with you:
- Are you using Exchange Online or Exchange On-premises?
If you have an Exchange On-premises server, what is the current version(including CU) of your Exchange server? How to check: View the build number of an Exchange-based server
Have you installed the latest security updates? - Is your mailbox sending 20000 mails or receiving 20000 mails a day?
