Do you use Cylance or any other non-Microsoft virus protection program?
Recently, we have encountered many community members reporting this problem. They all use Cylance and encountered CLR.dll
error code 0xc0000005
. This problem can be alleviated by putting Cylance in monitoring mode. But the fundamental solution is to wait for BlackBerry Protect to release an update bulletin to fix this problem.
