 We are currently experiencing difficulties with our IIS server 2019.

    Do you use Cylance or any other non-Microsoft virus protection program?

    Recently, we have encountered many community members reporting this problem. They all use Cylance and encountered CLR.dll error code 0xc0000005. This problem can be alleviated by putting Cylance in monitoring mode. But the fundamental solution is to wait for BlackBerry Protect to release an update bulletin to fix this problem.
