Dear ,

Please ask you about why don't have "Administrative" option in "Region and Language" tab in Windows 10, so that I can't switch "non-Unicode " from Chinese to English .

Thank you in advance

    Hi there,

You can edit the Local Group Policy to enable the administrative option.

-Open the Local Group Policy Editor

    • In the left pane, click on to expand User Configuration, Administrative Templates, Control Panel, and Regional and Language Options
    • In the right pane, double click/tap on hiding Regional and Language Options administrative options to edit it.
    • Select either Not Configured or Disabled.
-Click on OK and restart this should make the tab to appear.
