How to update Win10 19044 to Win10 21364 without updating to win11?

To whom it may concern,

Hi! Right now, I went into some updating troubles in win10.
I join the insider program, and want to update to a version containing WSLg, namely version >= 21364.
However, the options in insider program will either update my OS to Win11 or stay at Win10 19044.
Is there any method that could update my computer to Win10 21364 without updating to Win11?

Here is some info of my computer:

  • Win10 21H2 19044.1387
  • Win10 Home China
  • Dell G3 3590

Really appreciate it if someone could provide some help!

    I also have this issue. i HAD WSLg running just fine on win10 for the last 4 weeks. Took windows 10 updates and now it's broken -- I get gobs of X errors.
    Following Scott Hanslemans guidance to update from 19044 to 21364 and all i get is Win11 options which my PC doesn't support (no encryption chip.)
    Looking for a way to get to 21364 san windows 11 capability.
