Does Windows 11 really abandon older generation computers? while it still has enough power to run this operating system?
Many computers are still configured enough to run windows 11, like CPU core i5 3470 ram 8Gb, SSD 500Gb, and I think if I have to replace a new computer, it will be a waste to use a new operating system. cool, unique and impressive like windows 11

i have read and understood what they (microsoft) said, i think the high security requirement is also a great thing but for me (who has been using windows product since windows xp version) the experience needed for everyone, we can talk about a bunch of changes on windows but it's too unfair for the hardware that can't be changed (haven't been upgraded yet), which also makes me a bit uneasy , although I am currently using windows 11

One of the big focus into Windows 11 is security and CPU architectures that support encryption and low level code execution. This is the main reason why some powerful processors are not included in the compatibility list.
However, Microsoft has published a method to install Windows 11 in those computers, even though would not be recommended or up to the standards expected into security:

Microsoft's answer really is terrible. "Hope we don't damage your computer. You're not covered under warranty! LOL"
I mean seriously??? They are looking to EOL Win10 - this is NOT the way to go about it. Honestly is there ANY reason other than TPM 2.0 support? I can even add TPM 2.0 support to my machine and it's still not "supported".
Software lifecycles are VERY different to hardware. It's pretty obvious this is an arbitrary decision by some clown on a power trip who doesn't appreciate the ecosystem Microsoft has built over DECADES.
