Endpoint mangaer Intume right problem

Hello,

I have admin account with Global Administrator and Intune Administrator rights.
But when I try to look up any reports in Endpoint Manager it says that I don't have sufficient rights to do this.
What I'm missing or is this problem on Microsoft side?

Thank you in advance!

    Hi,

Thanks for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Please help double check your account. Per my experience, users with the following permissions can review reports:

    Global Administrator
    Intune Service Administrator
Administrators assigned to an Intune role with Read permissions

If possible, we could use another account with sufficient permissions to have a try.

    Thanks for your time.

    Best regards,
    Simon

    Hi,

You should be able to review reports.

I would try another browser / device if possible. If that does not work, try help and support in Intune to raise a support ticket.

    Thanks,

    Jamie

I have just checked in my two tenants:

Global administrator should be sufficient as it includes Intune Administrator permissions.

In my tenant where I have no Intune licences or enrolled devices I see the same issue.

Do you have licences / devices ?

    Thanks,

    Jamie
