Teams Phone Reporting - Locate which user picked up call after Auto Attendant

Hello,

We have tried to locate a report or even a Power BI setting that would allow us to query who has picked up a call and the call history after it has gone thru the auto attendant.

The CQ and AA combined Analytics does not give that option that we have seen.

Is there another option or program for us to locate that?

I do not understand why this is not an option as default if there is even this availability.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi @Chirag Gandhi ,

    For some specific calls, you could enter the Teams Admin Center > users > enter their profile > Meetings & Calls. There you could check the call histories.

    And also you could check the PSTN and SMS usage from : https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/analytics/reports
