Why do some/most websites have a "half page" with the top half of the page coming to the middle of the page and the content that I'm trying to see I cannot see as a full page because the whole top half is acting like it's the body of the page but it's just wasted space and Absolutely maddening that I have to scroll up and down to see the entire story/content when it should all be right there in front of my face full on for me to enjoy and not have to work to even get the just of it instead of "Cyber Ducking" to try to see what's under all that top half... What is the reasoning for this and is there some way for me to change it? It's Prime Idiocracy.
