Office Word 2019 Mapping Inquiries

Question

I have an inquiry regarding Office Word 2019 mapping.

Among the mapping functions, I only know the function that changes in batches when a specific word is changed, but I would like to ask if the following two are possible.

1. Example) When grapes are selected from the top, purple is automatically selected from the bottom / When orange is selected from the top, orange is automatically selected from the bottom

Even if it is not the upper/lower concept as above, if you select a fruit name in one area, the color is linked in other areas.
I want it to change automatically.

Now, when mapping, I select grapes from fruits, and I select purple from colors and double them.

Since the two data are paired, such as grape and purple, I want to make sure that if I change only one of the two, they all change.

2. In the same context as above, if number 1 is text-text change, this time it is text-checkbox linkage.
   This also consists of two pieces of data and is paired.

Example) When selecting the text "box", the "box" is automatically checked, and when the text "ea" is selected, the "ea" is automatically checked.
