Cannot open Nvidia GPU CP inside VM

Question

Hi,

I assigned an Nvidia Tesla K40c installed on a Win2019 Hyper-V Server to a Win2019 Virtual Server by following the below article but I am not able to open the control panel of Nvidia inside VM. The device manager is showing the installed GPU.
