Windows 10 Pro 21H2

Login to windows using azure/office 365 login

Can login to 2 other Laptops using same credentials

Have removed user in Settings, Accounts. Other users, add a work or school user and added again and same issue.

Ran sfc /scannow and received Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

Receive 2 popups. See below. Then when click on sign in receive error "You’ll need a new app to open the ms-cxh link"

    1. Run below DISM command from elevated prompt.

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    1. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
    2. Cleanup below Temp folders
      C:\Windows\Temp
      %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
    3. Run Disk Cleanup from Select C:\ Drive from Properties- > General -> Disk Cleanup - >Cleanup system files
    4. Access the System in Safe Mode (Diagnostic Mode):
      Click Troubleshooting> Advanced Options> Startup Settings> click Restart> press the 5 or F5 key to access Safe Mode with Networking.
      Redoing the Windows 10 startup files:
      Click on Troubleshooting> Advanced Options> Command Prompt> enter your Account and enter the commands:

    CHKDSK /R /F X: [Enter]
    Bootrec /Scanos [Enter]
    Bootrec /Rebuildbcd [Enter]
    Bootrec /Fixmbr [Enter]
    Bootrec /Fixboot [Enter]
