How to unlock my domain if "Advanced Management portal" in App Service Domain greyed out?

Hello,
I want to transfer my domain to godaddy and for that reason, I need to unlock the domain. But "Advanced Management portal" link in App Service Domain is greyed out. How to unlock my domain.

Note: I am administrator and I was just trying to follow these instructions

Well, I used Transfer out API and it worked.
