Cannot access my Excel Expert Certification because of different MCID number.

I previously had a microsoft account and took the Excel Expert exam under the same email. When I sign in I have a different MCID than the one given to me in the email informing me how to access my certificate. When I log in it shows a different MCID and I am not sure how to change it. It says I have no certificates but I am guessing that is because it is a different number. Is there a way to change it or, how do I go about merging the accounts?
