Azure AD max users in Database

Question

Hi All,

I have a third App and to load users in to the App, I can choose to use AZURE AD or OKTA.

I want to create 15 Million users in the Azure to work with Third party App.

These users will not be used to do anything in Azure other than exist in Azure AD, maybe sometime Update the user details.

The subscription are too expensive to just store a user, I am look for a solution which does not cost more than One pound or Dollar per user per year, its just a storage database for me need.

Anyone have any way that i can solve this problem.

@Shaukat Malik Although the default quota can be of 50k, 300k and 500k according to what criteria you fit (Licenses or domains). For your number, you need to reach out to support who can work with you to submit a quota increase for your tenant if allowed by backend.
