too early expiration

Hi,

Friday night I attempted to do the renewal certification for Dynamics SCM MB-330 at 8 pm my time in Chicago. My window was supposed to be at 23:59 pm so why was I not able to do the renewal certification?

Is there a possibility for one more attempt before expiration. I was on purpose waiting for 8pm last Friday as it was the window I was given and then just found it to be expired.
