Question

I went in to try to redownload a Sirius XM app from the Microsoft store I needed a pin so I reset a pin now I'm completely logged out of my PC can't use it at all even though I can reach the Microsoft site to change my passcode multiple times I even set up a authenticator through Microsoft still I cannot get into my PC I cannot figure this out at all very frustrated senior citizen on a fixed income college student studying computer support OMG

This issue is likely related to the fact that your computer is not connected to the internet at that moment. I would recommend connecting by cable to your router to avoid other Wi*Fi issues.
