Problem with Name in Certificate

Good day.

I attended a training on Microsoft Innovative Educators. Then, I received my certificate right after the training, but only to find out that my Name generated in the certificate was not right. My Question is, how would i change my name in the certificate. Hoping for a response from your company. Thank you.
