DCOM does not use the Static Endpoint (Port) configured

Question

Hi,

I am trying to configure a DCOM object to use a static port number in a Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2 system (screenshot).
The DCOM object uses a dynamic port whenever the communication is started (not the static port).

Is there any additional configuration required?
Is it necessary to disable the RPC? If it does, won't it affect other DCOMs?
