when is the best time to migrating public folders

Hello team,

we have client with public folders in exchange 2019 .
we currently have hybrid setup + dirsync .
We currently have started moving mailbox to 95% but we have not finalized mailbox to office 365 just yet.
when is my best time to cutover public folders?
How do we do this one ? The process is much different than regular mailbox or similar?
