Certificat, badge et relevé de note de mon tableau de bord

Bonjour,

J'ai passé récemment la certification AZ-900 que j'ai obtenue. Suite à cela, j'ai reçu un mail de Microsoft Certification, avec mon numéro identifiant de certification, ainsi qu'un lien vers mon tableau de bord personnel.

Le lien fonctionne correctement, mais lorsque je souhaite obtenir mon certificat, mon badge ou mon relevé de notes, les pages sont vides et me demandent de contacter le support.

Merci de votre retour sur ce problème, pour information j'ai obtenu ma certification le 26/11/21.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
