We are currently using , Windows 10 Education in the environment, can someone help me choose the correct setting ? since there's so many windows 10 to choose. i want to verify which is the appropriate one for us.

everything is windows 10 education but ranging from 1809 and above.

    Not really. If you read them, most are for drivers which are not deployable by ConfigMgr.

    Get rid of everything except Windows 10 and Windows 10, version 1903 and later; all applicable and deployable updates are in these two categories. Anything with drivers or dynamic update in the category title is not applicable or deployable using ConfigMgr. You also don't need LTSB or anything else

    Thanks for posting in Q&A.

    Agree with Jason, the options Windows 10 and Windows 10, version 1903 later include all useful updates. The version of client is 1809 and above, we could click two options to sync the update.

    Besides, about the classification of product Windows 10, we could adjust the options to suit our needs. Kindly refer to this article:
