MBAM recovery keys are encrypted in SQL

I am considering recovery scenarios if the CM site server with SQL goes down and I need retrieve bitlocker recovery keys from SQL DB backup. The problem is, that recovery keys are encrypted there. I already enabled keys to be saved in the plain text but it doesn't matter. So, what are my options to get these keys in text format from SQL? Currently I see this:
