Excel Sheet local reference path

Excel Sheets linked to a master sheet and link is refered as local drive path in a file share. When we migrate to SharePoint Online, how it can be handled ?

    Do you want to migrate these linked Excel files from SharePoint on-premise to SharePoint online? Per my knowledge, SharePoint Migration tool does not support this kind of migration. Some links may be broken during the migration.

    Some third-party tools that may be suitable for this issue. And you could raise an idea on Microsoft Feedback Portal to share your feedback and help the product team make some improvements.
