I recenetly crerated one meeting , on which the participants are external and Internal people as well.

Partcipants who are accepeted / declined the meeting from MS Teams client , the organizer not receiving the accepted or declined email from the Partcipaints

Partcipaints who are accepeted / declined the meeting from Outlook / Gmail client , the organizer are receiving the accepted or declined email from the Partcipaints.

why ? for me , looks its starnge behaviour. could some explain why RSVP option is available in MS Teams client, where as the orgianizer not receiving the emails

    Hi @Ramki ,

For me, based on my tests, only the external users will send the email when they RSVP accepted the meeting request.

While the internal users, who are inside your organization, they won't send the email but the request status will be automatically updated once they change to accept/declined.

But on Outlook, this is by default to send emails and as well, you could choose to Do not send response email option.

Please check if you are in the same situation:)

    Best regards,
    Lou
