Storage Migration Service Pre Existing Data folder

I migrated a Server2012 machine to a Server2019 machine in May of this year. There is still a folder called StorageMigrationService-PreExistingData with about a terabyte of data in it on the new machine. Can I delete this? What is the post-migration cleanup procedure?

    If you have completed your storage migration and nothing is left then you can delete the folder

    Storage Migration Service won't transfer files or folders that we know could interfere with Windows operation. Specifically, here's what we won't transfer or move into the PreExistingData folder on the destination:
