Windows Hello on a domain

I have a windows 10 system that we need to enable fingerprint authentication on. In the past we have used the Lenovo tool, without Windows Hello, but now that's not an option. I setup the group policy to enable convenience PIN and biometrics, but it's still unavailable - some settings managed by your organization. At first the settings for fingerprint and PIN were greyed out, but now they are completely missing. Any help is appreciated.

Can you share us which Group Policy you configured?

Also try these steps, see if it helps:

    Open Registry Editor.
    Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System.
    Set AllowDomainPINLogon to 1.
Close Registry Editor and reboot your system.

    Hope this helps!

    Hello @Shannon Stoker

If your computer is managed by an organization (such as employer, company, IT administration...) it is the Administrator of that domain the one that manages the authentication measures and settings for the computers. Unfortunately there will be nothing you could change as standard user, but to contact your IT department.

Hope this helps with your query,
