Azure Voice to Text

Hi,
I am doing Voice to Text -- in the text I get the word with a number (no spaces between the word and number or number and word)

for example, "flexion40" or "right 20ulnar deviation"

Is there an uncomplicated way to address this? (have a space between numbers and words)

@Paul Ryan Thanks for the question. Can you please add more details about the sample that you are trying and are you using REST API or SDK?

I have checked in the Speech portal using real time speech to text I could see the space between word and number.

The voice to text returns "40 text" and sometimes returns "40text" not sure why. I was hoping there was an API to insert a blank between a number and text (40text) or text and number (text40) . I will do it with regex

FYI when using a person name in voice to text it sometimes does not insert a blank between a person name and word (Paul RyanPain)

Sorry for the delay, I am using SDK 1.19.0 with C# 9.0 VS 2019 16.11.7

I am using phrase list
phraseList.AddPhrase(" Male ");
phraseList.AddPhrase(" email ");
phraseList.AddPhrase("pryannow@réalisations .com ");
phraseList.AddPhrase(".com ");
phraseList.AddPhrase("none ");
phraseList.AddPhrase(" Date of Birth ");
