Can you explain what you are doing? Where are you encountering this? Which (language) settings do you use? Which tutorial are you following (if applicable)?
I'm using Microsoft Azure and Shared Dashboards in french.
I would like to see "602 440" instead of "602,44 Milliers".

It is marked with tag "mem-intune-admin-center" because the form was asking me for a tag that I had no idea of (and there was no suggestions or drop-down menu) so I tried anything till it worked.

I change the Azure Portal setting to the French language including the regional format:
This resulted in a correct comma for this average:
The comma you see seems ok. I think this is 602 million plus 440.000 together. Which makes 602,440 Million in (French) notation.
In English, this is a dot:
Like you just did, I've also manipulated the "Langue & Region" settings without success.
It is 602,44 Milliers not Millions.... Thousands not Billions.
So it is 602 440 units.

sorry about the translation, yes, it's Thousands.
The number representation as you see is right considering official formats. 602,44 times 1000 = 602.440.
The Azure Dashboard is a convenient but simple way to gather information panes from different Azure resources in one simple dashboard.
I'm not aware if or how this can be changed.

or submit a support request (as part of your subscription plan).
