No Debug to local device option in VS2022

Installed VS2022 preview and checked to make sure Xamarin hot restart was enabled in options. I added a new iOS App (Xamarin) project. I wanted to run in debug to the local device ie my iPhone 12 connected to the PC with iTunes installed.
I'm missing the debug to local device option. How do I make that happen?
I'm told the hot restart is available and no Mac needed to develop iOS apps now in VS2022 on a PC.
What am i missing?
