Missing an account on my authenticator after synching up a new phone

I recently bought a new phone and, after synching it up from my cloud (where everything was backed up), I opened my Authenticator and one of the accounts was missing! It's quite baffling because all my other accounts are there. It's just the one account that is missing. I also can't access that account

Is there any way to recover one account through the Authenticator?
