import random with while statement don't run

Hi everyone
Wishing everyone are good

I am learning python (kind of beginner) and over I enter import random command with "while" statement, any of the exercise run, I triple check the synthases, change variables, in hole I try everything and I don't get the problem.
Any light for you can help me. Thanks.
