Svchost.exe -k rpcss high memory.
I think rpcss used by some program/application that installed on the computer.
How to find program/application that using the rpcss?

There are a variety of problems that can cause RPCC to use high memory resources:

• Bug or system updated required > Fully update your system, then try again after restart
• Some application is using RPCC to function but it causes some memory leak > Run a Clean Boot or Selective Boot: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows-da2f9573-6eec-00ad-2f8a-a97a1807f3dd
• Some malware or viruses may use RPCC to maintain a remote connection > ensure your antivirus is up to date and run a full scan on your drive.

If the issue still persists, I may be recommended to open a Microsoft Support ticket, as memory dump analysis are quite complicated and also need specific tools and private "symbols" to decode the memory during the analysis.
