Corporate data block if user not install managed App

We want to block corporate data, if user not install managed apps on their mobiles.

Thanks for your information.

1,If you would like the end users to install Outlook app, you could try to assign the app as Required rather than Available to the user group.

2,We can also try to use Conditional Access to block acess. Refer to:
Create Conditional Access policies

Could you kindly explain the goal you want in more details? Would you like to block Send org data to unmanaged apps/Save copies of org data or something else?

Thank for your time on this.

Here is my scenario

We have deployed lookout for work App to 200 users (mobiles users) .10 % user only have only installed on there mobiles remaining 90% didn't installed and we had sent multiple remaining emails to users ,but didn't get any response from them. Finally what we thought that we want block mail access if users not install App on their mobiles .
