Rest api error

I am using rest api (formrecognizer/v2.1/custom/models/{modelId}/analyzeResults) to extract result from form recognizer.

Here getting the error "Failed to download the image from the submitted URL. The URL may either be invalid or the server hosting the image is experiencing some technical difficulties." many times.

Please help to solve this issue. The source document is stored in container.

@Vidhya R (external) Are you trying to get the result of the Analyze operation id with analyzeResults?
If yes, I hope you passed the operation id along with the API. For example, the request should be in this format.

GET {endpoint}/formrecognizer/v2.0/custom/models/{modelId}/analyzeResults/{resultId}

If you have passed the correct result id and if you received this error then the analyze operation itself failed to download your image.
The request body should be of following format:

Body of request:

{ "source": "http://example.com/test.jpg" }

This is a valid error if the document URL is not accessible to the resource as mentioned in the request. Please verify the container access privileges are correct and ensure the URI is available to public internet.
