To further confirm whether the problem is related to email itself, please try to log in to your account on Web mail and check whether the hyperlink in your email can be clicked normally.
If the hyperlink is normally, please go to File>Options>Trust Center>Under Microsoft Outlook Trust Center, click Trust Center Settings…>Email Security>Under Read as Plain text, unclick Read all standard mail in plain text, and check if the hyperlink can be clicked.
If it doesn’t work, would you like to provide more information about you issue?
- Does this issue occur with specific emails or specific client?
- And how were the link added?
- What's the format of the email?
