Email shows a link as plain text.

Question

When the customer creates an access review in Azure and he receives the email for that access review, the email does not allow the customer or any user to click a link added in the email, it is just plain text. In a Teams post, they told us that the issue may be happening due to an Outlook setting.

To further confirm whether the problem is related to email itself, please try to log in to your account on Web mail and check whether the hyperlink in your email can be clicked normally.

If the hyperlink is normally, please go to File>Options>Trust Center>Under Microsoft Outlook Trust Center, click Trust Center Settings…>Email Security>Under Read as Plain text, unclick Read all standard mail in plain text, and check if the hyperlink can be clicked.
