User has two accounts and cannot select one when SSO into intranet

Our user has two accounts (prod and test) and when user has been RDPing, QA one has somehow been registered under "Emails and Accounts".
Now when user wants to access Intranet (where SSO is setup), he is getting an error, because QA one is used instead of Prod one. Of course, Incognito mode works, but we are not able to find the way user can completely remove the QA account.
In Emails & Accounts settings itself, the user has only Manage option, which leads to Microsoft portal. We tried to disconnect the account in "Access work or school", but it doesn't help as intranet still logged in under QA acc. We cleared up cache, rebooted, checked GPO, nothing has been helpful.
Any ideas how that can be resolved?
