I'm unable to updates for Office 2019 within Configuration Manager's Software Library, Office 365 Client Management/Office 365 Updates.

I can see Office 365 / Microsoft 365 updates.

But, no Office 2019

I've verified that "Enable management of the Office 365 Client Agent" is "Yes" for the Default Client Settings. And, that Microsoft 365 Apps/Office 2019/Office LTSC is checked on Software Update Point Component Properties.

I can see that Office 2019 Updates on WSUS (SCCM & WSUS on same server)

I checked the wsyncmgr.log and saw several errors:

Using a browser, I can download the "s640.cab" using the URL link "http://officecdn.microsoft.com/pr/64256afe-f5d9-4f86-8936-8840a6a4f5be/office/data/16.0.14701.20230/s320.cab from the first error line. We do not have a proxy for the server.

So, I'm not sure what it could be the cause.

    Hi, @Cody

    Then we may try to uncheck "Microsoft 365 Apps/Office 2019/Office LTSC", click "OK", wait for one or more minutes, then re-check the "Microsoft 365 Apps/Office 2019/Office LTSC", then do a synchronization to see if it helps.

    Hi, @Cody
    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

    You may try to delete all files in c:\windows\temp and resynchronize updates to see if it helps.

    Make sure that Office 2019 product is checked in the Software Update Point parameters.
    Once done, run a full Software Updates synchronization and monitor the progress in wsyncmgr.log.

    @Rahul Jindal
    Isn't Office 2019 is Click-to-Run (C2R) exclusively

    @AllenLiu-MSFT
    I've cleared out the C:\Windows\Temp folder and resynchronize the updates for both All Software Updates and Office 365 updates. I noticed that I received more updates on the Office 365 updates when the resynchronization completed. But, still no Office 2019 when I did a search.

    Looking at the wsyncmgr.log, I do see an entry for Office 2019 being requested....
    Requested categories: Product=Forefront Client Security, Product=Office 2016, Product=Microsoft 365 Apps/Office 2019/Office LTSC, Product=Windows Server 2016, Product=SharePoint Server 2019/Office Online Server, Product=Office 2013, Product=Windows 11, Product=Microsoft Defender Antivirus, Product=Windows Server 2012, Product=System Center Endpoint Protection, Product=Windows 10, Product=Windows 10, version 1903 and later, Product=Windows Server 2012 R2, Product=Windows Server 2019, Product=Windows Server 2008 R2, ProductFamily=Silverlight, UpdateClassification=Security Updates, UpdateClassification=Update Rollups, UpdateClassification=Service Packs, UpdateClassification=Updates, UpdateClassification=Definition Updates, UpdateClassification=Critical Updates

    No other error's since I've cleared the TEMP folder on the log.

    Are you referring to this:
    156392-sccm-office-2019-sup-component-properties.png

    I've verified that the Default Settings for the Software Updates Enabled for Office 365 Client Agent is set to Yes.

    @Cody I stand corrected. Yes, you should see the Office 2019 perpetual updates under Office 365.
