Cognitive services not available in Australia? Disabled due to high demand.

Hi all,

I'm trying to set up a search index for some documents based in Australia.

When I attempt to create an Azure Cognitive Search application the drop down list for Region says that Australia-East and Australia-SouthEast are "disabled due to high demand".

It is important that all documents and indexes stay on Australian servers, so using other regions is not an option.

Does anyone know when these resources will be available?

    Yes, due to high demand and limited capacity the deployment is disabled in Australia region.

    I have confirmed internally with our product group. Currently, there is no concrete ETA on when the Australia region would be enabled. As soon as I hear, I'll post back an update here.
