Hi,

as a student, I do enjoy using the Citations & Bibliography feature of Word. It's very convenient. However, it seems a bit outdated. I try to reference a blog page as part of an assignment and the only ones I could use are "web site" or "document from web site". After all, I need it to display the blog's URL. But for blogs, I also need the blog's web site name. The sad part is, even though there is a field for this, Word doesn't display it as part of the source's bibliography when you fill it in.

Can something be done about this? Or if not, could you help me edit the XSL file to add a new source type?

Regards

    Hi @Werner

    Sorry for the delay.

It seems that APA 7th Edition meets your needs that add the site name, but these "Type of Source" options are built-in features, and this APA Citation Style is not provided via Microsoft developers in Word currentlty.

Besides, I find a related thread on Microsoft Answers forum, if needed, you can have a look.

Hope the information could be helpful.
