files in microsoft teams mobile app open as blank when intune app protection is applied

i am using teams mobile app and it is protected in intune enrolled ios device. device is compliant in intune.

when the intune app protection policy is applied to my mobile, all files (txt, docx, pptx, pdf, xlsx) in teams mobile app opens up as blank (no content).

anyone encounter the same?

    @j8g9-3035 It is just a suspicion, but as Teams uses a web view to show documents, and iOS doesn't allow third party browser engines, it could be that the Web Content Transfer setting is causing the error. We don't have that limitation and don't have the problem. Maybe give it a try

    Hi

    I have finished my test on my iOS and find while configuring the same setting under data protection and Access Requirement, I still be able to open files like text or word with contents in Teams. Your issue is a little strange. Please check if the IOS is with the latest version. and create a new app protection policy with the same setting to test. If the result is the same, we suggest to open a Microsoft case to check the detailed logs to troubleshoot the issue.
