    • Microsoft Outlook on the web, which is formerly called Outlook Web App(OWA)，
      To access it via File > Info > Under Account Settings

    • Recover Deleted Items From Server: When items are accidently deleted, you can recover them.
      (1) First to check Deleted Items folder, right-click the item you want, and then select Move > Other Folder.
      (2) To recover an item that's no longer in your Deleted Items folder, in Folder menu, in Clean up tab, select Recover Deleted Items.

    Hi @Nicole99637 ,

    In order to verify your issue, what’s the detailed version of you Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook)
    Did you do any special operations before the notes disappeared?
    (Note: To protect your personal information, I have hidden some information.)
    According to the screenshot that you provide, it is recommended you clear the filter settings:

    Besides, you can try the following troubleshooting:
    1.Check if the notes exist on OWA.
    2.Check Delete Items Folder and Try "[Recover Deleted Items From Serve][2]r" option
