tiworker.exe uses a lot of cpu

I've got an Azure VM with Windows Server 2019; yesterday the VM was "hanged", with 100% CPU usage. Well I found that tiworker.exe process used a lot of cpu (beyond 50%, even more). I found in internet a lot of discussions about this process (related with Microsoft Updates), but it seems there aren't effective solutions.

does anyone know something ?

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out.

According to users, sometimes high disk usage by TiWorker.exe can be caused by your temporary files of C:\Windows\Temp

Users reported that the Updates directory was causing this issue on their PC, but after removing it, the issue was resolved.

After doing that, the problems with disk usage should be resolve.
