Printer Problems

I have a Panasonic KX-MB2030 multi function printer. It was working fine with Windows 10, but some functionality has stopped since downloading and installing Windows 11. I can still print to the device, but can not scan. when i try to scan, comes up with an error, connection with unit has failed, check connection. Again prints fine. have checked and downloaded newest drivers, have restarted computer and printer with no success.

    this is an issue has been already reported several times. There is no official solution provided by Microsoft yet. What you can do is to submit Product Feedback or Feature Requests to Microsoft trough UserVoice. have a variety of channels that allow customers to communicate with us. Including:

    • The Feedback web portal
    • In-product experiences
    • Windows Feedback Hub
    • Microsoft Tech Community
    • Microsoft Store

    Downgrading to Windows 10 might be less painless tho.
